Just got back from the Red Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Finders Keepers Antique shop, 220 W. Bockman Way., Rodney and Shari Baker, owners, have created a great shop with a multitude of interesting items. Stop by and say hello.
And don't forget, at 1 p.m., today, July 31, we are holding the dedication ceremony for the Railroad Exhibit at the White County Heritage Museum. If you haven't visited yet, today is a great opportunity - but I'll warn you, one trip will not be enough. You will have to come back, and come back, to see everything they have - 144 South Main Street.
And last but not least, Secondhand Lions is showing at the Sparta Amphitheater at 8 p.m., tonight, July 31, at the DBA's Downtown Free Friday Film Festival "Movies Under the Stars"
bring your lawn chairs or cushions, concessions will be available for $1.
Ya'll come on up.
